Coaching for a Group (3-10 people)

Service Description

An objective is determined by the group, and Avrum then facilitates a hearty and open discussion(s) determining how best to arrive at the groups goal. The process is predicated on four pronged approach developed by Avrum including: a) zeroing in on the history and the narratives of the group and individuals; b) determining how those narratives impact on their shared experiences; c) then challenging the group, to probe and question the others; d) finally stitching the dialogue back together to arrive at ways and means of making their goals happen. Avrum’s skill facilitating groups stems from working together with his staff and others, while operating as the executive director of a non-profit for close to twenty years. Similarly, Avrum spent over a decade on commercial radio (CFRB, Talk 640, CHFI) as a host and producer and nowadays hosts a podcast called HatRadio! His group coaching is either conducted in an environment where all participants gather, or on Zoom.
